What is the swim guarantee program?At Little Swimmers of Atlanta, we are committed to providing the best possible swim education and experience for your child. Our swim guarantee ensures that if your child completes our entire program, but is unable to swim independently, we will continue instruction at no charge until they achieve this crucial milestone. we firmly believe in the effectiveness of our program and the capabilities of my instruction and we stand behind my commitment to helping your child become a confident and skilled swimmer. With our swim guarantee, you can have peace of mind knowing that I am dedicated to your child's progress and safety in the water.

What ages do you teach?We offer lessons for all ages, starting from 4 months old. Our programs are designed to grow with your child, from water comfort to stroke development.

What should my child bring to swim classes?I recommend that your child brings a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen to our Swim School classes. It's important for them to be comfortable in the water, and these items will help ensure a positive experience during their lesson. Additionally, make sure to pack any necessary swim gear such as swim caps or swim diapers, depending on your child's age and needs. I want all our students to have a fun and successful time learning to swim, so having these essentials will contribute to a great experience at our lessons.

What happens in the case of inclement weather?At Little Swimmers of Atlanta, the safety of my swimmers is my top priority. In the event of inclement weather, such as thunderstorms or heavy rain, I may need to cancel lessons for the safety of students and families. If a class is canceled due to inclement weather, I will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible via email, phone, or through our website and social media channels. I will also work with you to reschedule the missed class to ensure your child's progress is not hindered. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping our swimmers safe.

Is there a discount for past students or additional siblingsYes, at Little Swimmers of Atlanta, we offer a 10% discount for past students who re-enroll in our swim school. In addition, we provide a 5% discount for each additional sibling who enrolls in our classes. We understand the importance of making swim lessons accessible for families, and our discounted rates reflect our commitment to providing quality, affordable swim instruction to all of our students. These discounts are our way of showing appreciation for the loyalty of our past students and supporting families who have multiple children interested in learning to swim. We want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to develop essential water safety skills in a supportive and nurturing environment.

How long are the swim lessons?Lessons are 30 minutes for younger swimmers and those focusing on water safety, while older kids and those working on stroke techniques can book 1-hour sessions for more in-depth training.

Do you offer refunds?We do not offer refunds, but we can reschedule lessons or apply credit toward future sessions if necessary.

What if my child is sick? Can they still attend swim lessons?At Little Swimmers of Atlanta, the health and safety of all swimmers is our top priority. If your child is feeling unwell, especially if they have symptoms such as a fever, cough, or upset stomach, I kindly ask that you keep them at home to rest and recover. It is important to consider the well-being of other children, and the instructor by minimizing the risk of spreading illness. I understand that missed lessons can be disappointing, but we are committed to ensuring a healthy and enjoyable experience for all our swimmers. If your child needs to miss a lesson due to illness, please inform me as soon as you can, and I will do our best to accommodate a make-up lesson. When is payment due?At Little Swimmers of Atlanta, payment is due at the time of enrollment for each class session. Payment can be made online or cash.
